The food here is pretty good, I do like it. Its just so expensive to really say it's worth it. You're paying as much as a sit down restaurant but it's not quite as good.
Surprisingly their chicken is very good even though I think of them more as a burger place.
Really, I do like the food a lot, you'll just be spending an incredible amount of money for fast casual food and it just ain't it.

Bought a couple of burgers. Was fresh and tasted pretty good. Could have used more onions and less lettuce. This was the first time visiting a Shake Shack for me as I was out of town for an appointment. Got 2 burgers via takeout for my dad and I. Wasn't very busy at the moment, so I ordered at the front counter as opposed to the kiosk or drive thru. Employees were super friendly. Restaurant was very clean and well stocked with condiments and such. Was a bit on the pricey side, but isn't almost everything these days? Would most likely visit again while in the area. 🙂

First time ever stopping at a Shake Shack. Got a bacon cheese fry and 3 small milk shakes, and it was $35. It's likely my last time at a Shack Shack.. Customer service was friendly and prompt.

Easy to order online, food was ready quicker than anticipated. Shakes were delicious per usual! The only thing that might make it more convenient is to offer pick up for online orders via the Drive Thru. Currently you have to pick up inside.
Friendly staff, they even came to our table and asked how our meal was and if we needed refills! Food was hot, fresh and fast! Truffle sauce was amazing and even my little picky eater loved it! He said this was the best restaurant he has ever been to! I agree, this is a great quick service restaurant! Be prepared that it is pricey (2 people cost $45 for 2 sandwiches (burger and blt), 2 lemonades, and 2 fries. Very good for a once in a while meal!
