I placed an online order for pickup, on the website it doesn't disclose that this location is closed! They charged me for something I never received! I tried to contact someone off the website. I still haven't heard back from smoothie king!

I wish I could give no stars I came here this morning and I only had a hundred dollar bill and 7 singles I ordered a smoothie the guy told me they’re not allowed to take 100 bills but nowhere does it say that on the building. So I told him I only had 7 in singles could he discount it so it wouldn’t go to waste he said no so they’d rather throw it away because they can’t change a large bill which is nonsense I’ll never go to this location again terrible customer service

I been trying to get in contact with someone from this location but the number doesn’t work I buy a smoothie off the smoothie king app October 10 the order never goes thru but they double charge my account I email smoothie king no one ever contacted me

Hard to recommend, or write something positive for that matter, when staff demands you go through the drive thru to place an order. Watching people go in, leave empty handed, then driving away. I’m following the trend and will spend my money somewhere else. If you’re reading this, I’d recommend you do the same.

This Smoothie King never fails! The girl who was working, Eliana, went above and beyond for us. She brought a positive attitude and was very polite with my complicated order. As a business owner, I appreciate workers who make the customer their top priority. She whipped up our smoothies in a timely manner and even wished us a good day! Great job Eliana!

Had an issue with the app over charging me instead of the store employee refunding the difference they stood there and asked me if I would like my drink remade . When it wasn’t the wrong drink it was they over charged me by 4 dollars .

We're in Livonia quite a bit from out of town, and we love smoothie king, so we often stop by when we're in town. We love the smoothies, but we've never had very quick service here, so that's a little disappointing. We decided to use the app on our last visit and that wasn't great either cause it wouldn't update to let me know when it was ready until after I picked up my order. Though, I understand this isn't really something that the staff at this location can help!!
Regardless, we will most likely continue to visit this location because the smoothies are worth it!

If you think you are eating healthy here, you are NOT. Not real fruit. Everything is powder filled with artificial flavors. If you think you are eating healthy here, you are NOT. Go somewhere where you can see the ingredients they are putting in your shake. I cannot even support a place with foam cups. They are the worse type of material for you and the environment

Last week I came to this location for the first time and ordered a PB swizzle bowl and water and was asked to pull to the side to wait for my order (drive thru) once the gentlemen brought me my bowl, I realized he forgot the water and he said he would go grab it. When he went to grab the water I opened my bowl to start eating it and found a long blonde hair in it before I took my first bite. The gentlemen kindly said he would remake it and did. I didn’t post about it then bc I felt bad for him and he was so nice. Today I stopped thru again since the service was prompt and the remade bowl was good. Today, it took over 10 minutes for my order to be taken until I had to shout at the intercom for someone to answer and it as the same nice gentlemen claiming he was working alone. It’s sad this location is in a decent area which is very busy and he was the only one in there. At least there was no hair in my food this time
