Went in tonight to get a couple smoothies. No one was behind the counter. There was another lady in there who said that she was in the drive thru for 20 mins and then came inside and no one spoke to her. We were both thinking maybe there was a medical emergency or something. Checked the bathrooms both empty. Yelled into the back to see if someone was yelling help and then a mid 20’s gentleman came from the back and had the drive thru headset turned off around his neck and you could hear it turn back on. He came out from the back and did not say one word to anyone out there and there were 4 of us. I asked if he was ok and he blatantly ignored me. My husband and I walked out and went across the street to Tropical Smoothie. I understand being understaffed and overwhelmed and possibly being the only one there and call offs but to not even speak one word when people were waiting 20 mins and had to come in from the drive thru and then we just left is a little much. We were genuinely concerned that there was a medical emergency and he couldn’t even speak to us.

If this is the one next to la fitness I wouldn’t go here after you work out. The one guy who has taken my order over the last year mumbles 1 word responses while taking the order. ( in other words clearly appears like he doesn’t want to be there). Only positive is I always order a small and he gives me a large because it seems like he just doesn’t give a care.

I love Smoothie King and always get the same thing - vegan pineapple spinach smoothie. This location was the first time I’ve ever had a bad experience with SK. My smoothie tasted awful - it seemed like it had way too much of whatever sweetener was in it. I couldn’t even drink it and ended up throwing it away - my advice is don’t waste your money like I did! The staff were also in weird unpleasant moods. Bad vibes all around.

This is quite possibly the WORST service I’ve ever received. While on duty I decided to buy smoothies for the fellas at the fire department. Placed an online order, $82 in smoothies and I prepaid using the app. When I arrived. No customers were there and the guy working @ 2:15pm October 12 was the rudest person I’ve ever met. Didn’t make anything, asked me if I actually wanted all 4 of them. Then got mad when I said yes. Made the worst tasting smoothies I’ve ever had, then slammed them down on the counter and went in the back. No straws for them, none where they normally should be. He wouldn’t respond to me and just sat on his cell phone ignoring me. I actually had to go behind the counter to the drive through area and get my own straws. While walking back there I saw the most disgusting smoothie area imaginable. Cross contaminated smoothie ingredient bar. Everything was slopped all over, there was a raid can under the counter for who knows what, and everything in the store was absolutely trashed. Then I couldn’t get ahold of anyone to complain either!!! If they don’t fire this guy immediately this store will be closed in no time. No one deserves that type of service. I will be telling every single person I know to not frequent this establishment and most likely will be contacting the health department as well over the condition of this location. This entire experience was disappointing and disgusting. A shame too because I really liked this place. Tropical smoothie is right across the street in case anyone want a better experience for their money.

Ordered 2 watermelon smoothie, both drinks were not filled to the top which was a surprised. But most importantly I ordered a "Cut Health" smoothie but it taste of banana in which the menu did not indicate was in the drink.
Very deceiving.

This SK is terrible. Just went there for the same shake I have gotten for over a year. They messed up the original order. Had to make it again and messed it up the second time.

Ordered online and arrived at 8 to a closed store. The store says open until 9 but had to call an app to get refund. Seems like they need to update some times or their system to not allow ordering.

I ordered online - and went thru the drive thru to get my order. No one was there. I pulled up to go in. No one at the service area. I am yelling "hello" and walk to the back and there are 3 ladies in the back. One says, "you can't come back here." Very rude.
I said, I'm a customer and no one is out front, at the window - I just want my order.
She then says my order is not complete because they didn't have one of the ingredients... which this is the 3rd time that this has happened in the last 7 days! Bananas or dates are pretty typical to have for smoothies. And they are always out? Anyway, the woman was very rude and I asked for the owner - and she said "I don't know who they are." Obviously she knows but didn't want to tell me. So she was talking to the other employees under her breath - but I said - Ok, you have a nice day. And in a sarcastic attitude she said, "No you have a nice day." What a way to treat a customer who just wants a darn smoothie from the Smoothie King.

I now go across the street from this place to the Tropical Smoothie. The customer service is 1000% better and friendly. Smoothie King in Livonia has horrible service. They are going to run that place out of business! She never apologized either for being MIA and not having the items.
