I've tried to give this place the benefit of a doubt but this location is never consistent. The service is rarely good, the food is rarely good, and now the drinks are lackluster. I don't think I'll continue to come to this location. With the food being bad, and the service being horrible most of the time, and the long wait times, I think I'm officially done coming here.

Food was not fresh at all old stale fries burger was ok at best I hope the franchise owner see these reviews and get active because the way its going to be closed down for good 2 combo meals with one vanilla shake was not worth $27 sorry probably be my last time at this location

The slowest drive thru. I’d be okay with that if the food was good but it hasn’t been for some time. The last couple of times I went, the pretzel stick I got was rock hard and the corn dog was burnt and dry. This time, my Sonic Blast was just plain vanilla ice cream with the ingredients sitting on top.

The person on duty claimed to be a manager had a horrible attitude. Said they were out of buffalo bites could not substitute anything and said it was not her problem. I paid for extra strawberries and showed her there was not any in there said she could not do nothing. Then i waited at the stalls for over 30 minutes they cleared our order and when we clicked the red button a man popped on and said hello what can I get for you and the rude lady hopped on the mic and said stalls are closed stalls are closed at 10 but someone could have came out and said something when I was waiting for 30 minutes. Did all that arguing and going back and forth just to end up giving me extra strawberries when I wasn’t leaving

This is the worst food I ever had, I took one look at the thug who took my money and I received what I expected, fries that were cold and stale. My first visit here will be my last Then I see 3 broccoli heads walking through the parking lot with a shopping cart they stole from a store in the adjacent parking lot. It’s time for me to go
This had got to be the worse sonic I have ever been tooo... the food is terrible, the line to get food is ridiculous. Took me 35 minutes to get my order, with three people ahead of me. I ordered online and told me to go to a stall and push red button for someone to bring it out. After 10 minutes I end up up going thru drive-thru and again waited 35 minutes. This is a terrible experience and something needs to change.
