Terrible food service. All orders that we had placed were incorrectly made.

The girl working in the counter is very rude and disrespectful. Today is November 20 2025 Will never return will never ever return I asked a simple question. Gross how people treat you At a coffee shop at avoid this place like the plague go up the street to target you’re better off.

Food: Amazing Lemon cake, that my new favorite! I also love the caramel ribbon crunch!
Service: I appreciate the service of the staff, they were so quick and we enjoyed their lounge area. Its a little small but we were in and out.
Atmosphere: It was quiet and clean, I appreciate a clean location.

Literally can not believe that I have to leave this review, I come here every morning but my goodness 11 drinks in a row wrong and each one in a different way. That is a absurd amount of wrongly made drinks and on top of this you can’t even afford to complain and have it fixed because it takes 25 minutes for a single drink like I pray everyday a different coffee shop opens somewhere near me so I never have to come to this Starbucks. To reiterate 11 DRINKS IN A ROW, 11 DAYS IN A ROW (excluding Sunday).

Go thru drive thru that's the only time they care about so 25 mins I been waiting my friend got in drive thru line 10 minutes after me and received her drink before me I'm still waiting

The gentleman that helped me was courteous and friendly. My drink came promptly and was made well. I have no complaints.

There was a medium height brunette European/Italian features that didn’t seem friendly.

The good energy in this location was lacking.

i hate leaving bed reviews but this is the second time this starbucks has done this. i ordered extra cinnamon powder in my brown sugar shaken espresso. that thick line at the bottom of the cup is all cinnamon. the other time was caramel sauce at least 2 inches on the bottom of the cup. but this was insane

Horrible Starbucks! My family and I keep trying to give them grace, but our drinks are typically wrong. Today, a red head young lady took the gentleman in front of me order, but stated I would have to use their drive thru. Since she declined taking my order, I’ve watched four people walk out with freshly made drinks.

Stopped by this Starbucks on my way to Detroit, and it was the perfect little break on the drive! Ordered an iced chai latte, and it was made perfectly — smooth, creamy, and balanced with just the right amount of spice and sweetness. The drink was exactly what I needed to stay refreshed and energized for the road ahead. Service was quick, and the baristas were friendly and efficient despite the busy rush. Definitely adding this stop to my go-to list for future drives!
