I’m spending $6.15 for my iced brown sugar oatmeal shaken espresso but I’m really disappointed it’s not shaken less oatmilk. I got just ice, espresso, brown sugar and a splash of oatmilk. If you guys are doing the same thing, there is no opportunity to survive.
I’m visiting each and every Starbucks location recently. 1 in 10 locations give the proper drink. Just for one good drink I have to spend $61.50. I’m telling you guys have to improve the quality and training to your employees

The sandwiches are way too high and Dinky to be almost 7 or $8 and one of them smells god-awful and tastes the same is a tomato turkey what's some kind of weird sauce to it never get that again pesto sauce that's what it was also I had a hundred and twelve points and got them snatched from me they took him away from me on my on my card you can't say your points up in order to buy anything there with your points but I do like that there are recycling program when you come to the coffee grounds for the gardening

The worst Starbucks I've ever been to. I waited 45 minutes for the two coffees I ordered online. I asked three times to make the coffee I ordered and paid for and which I always drink. I got three drops for $10. Shame. This is called cultural robbery.

If you can go to another location I suggest you do that. Staff here is AWFUL and the baristas need training for sure. I shouldn’t say all the staff because there are two gentlemen that work the drive-through that are amazing and sweet and I wish I knew their name so I could call them out but the other guy is just awful. He doesn’t even look at you when he takes your money or hands you your drink. I believe he is a manager. If I’m spending $10 a drink, you would think it would be right because Starbucks menu is the same whether you go in Detroit or Orlando but it’s ALWAYS wrong. I’ve tried to give this location several times to make it up but I will go to speedway 😳 before I return here.

This location used to be my favorite but the past few months it’s really gone downhill. I usually order in the app & pickup in the drive thru on my way to work or running errands. The people I’ve experienced working the drive thru should not be in a customer service position. The lady today literally didn’t say a single word when she handed me my order. I said have a good day to her. Also, the beverage quality is not good. The picture shows what I ordered vs what I received. Wish I had time to have them fix it but I didn’t.

Matcha was not dissolved well. Also, it tasted like the mix changed to noon sugar, and I didn't know. When placing the order, I had to repeat over 3 times, and still, one of the teas was wrong.

The staff here is amazing! The quality of product is up to Starbucks highest standards. The location is spotless as I sit here after morning rush. The place is bustling...the staff is busy but not too busy to be genuinely kind. This is now "my Starbucks". I have locations closer to my home but I will come here. Julie is awesome. She is always super helpful!

Service and atmosphere were good, but my order was messed up. Ordered 2 gingerbread lattes and a pumpkin spice latte. The psl was good but the 2 gingerbread had no flavoring.

The service at this Starbucks is always so slow. Always give yourself 30 extra minutes if you plan to order (even if your order ahead online through the app).
