The staff here is amazing! The quality of product is up to Starbucks highest standards. The location is spotless as I sit here after morning rush. The place is bustling...the staff is busy but not too busy to be genuinely kind. This is now "my Starbucks". I have locations closer to my home but I will come here. Julie is awesome. She is always super helpful!

I ordered a Venti caramel ribbon crunch, and when I got there to pick it up, it was melted and all liquid, I live less than a mile away, so I asked if a new one could be made and told them I would pull forward and come in and get it. The lady who was making it when she handed it to me, she threw my straw at me and had an attitude, I probably will not come back to this location since she was so rude
