Twice my wife has ordered ahead and usually orders the grande. She went to pick up her order and they gave her the smallest latte cup they had , when asked they said they were out of grande cups so they charged her the same and gave her less. She demanded the bigger cup instead. They did it a second time that I picked up her order but I didn’t know that it was the wrong size. So I paid for a Grande and got a small with no compensation.

If I can give a zero I would. Not one to write reviews, but these workers are literally sabotaging this companies reputation with their lack of care to making the coffee or service. They HAVE no clue what they are doing. I gave them 3 chances because I live 3 blocks away. All 3 times they managed to mess up the pumpkin spice latte. It’s not rocket science. If your not content working there quit and have someone that actually cares work instead. Also 4-5 personnel’s standing around for 3 customers and still it takes 15 minutes to make a cup that tastes like crap. I won’t be surprised if the places closes down. Good luck.

I wanted to express my concern regarding the recent changes and decline in quality at this kiosk since Tiffany has taken over as manager. Before the major turnover of staff, I had no issues whatsoever. The team, especially under Guillaume’s management, ran this kiosk exceptionally well. I’ve been a regular customer for years, and I’ve never seen such a high level of turnover or such a noticeable drop in service and product quality.
The way this kiosk is currently being managed is disappointing. The new staff seem to lack proper training, both in customer service and in product knowledge. Additionally, the availability of food and drinks has become a recurring issue, something I’ve not experienced at other kiosks. Mobile orders are often incorrect or delayed, which is frustrating as a regular customer who expects consistency.
It’s unfortunate to see how far the standard has fallen. I sincerely hope that upper management, including store managers and district leaders, take the time to re-evaluate the leadership at this location. Tiffany may not be the right fit to maintain the level of quality and professionalism that customers have come to expect.
I truly miss the old staff and the excellent service that used to define this kiosk. I wish the old staff well and I wish Guillaume the best. Please take these concerns seriously. I share them because I care about this location and the people who made it great.
Ordered a cold brew- half and half, with cold foam; staff stated they were out of cold brew- made the drink with iced coffee.. with no ice. Ordered second hot coffee; the cup of coffee was very old - while two women that were served before us “appeared close friends” with staff/ and even remade the women’s drink - while staff messed the initial drink up. Your coffee is pricey regardless. Staff should be more attentive- Starbucks shouldn’t be “running out of product” you’re a million dollar corporation. Had to throw these drinks away.

We came to this Starbucks location to grab a drink. Their service was friendly and fast. All items were available. WiFi and sitting area were available. The strawberry matcha Frappuccino and espresso saved my Michigan trip.

A very good starbucks location inside the Busch's store. Plenty of seating available next to windows overlooking the parking areas and open till late.
The staff is nice and the service here was really fast.

I went to get a summer berry, lemonade, refresher, and the lady who made my drink gave me a Venti instead of Trenta so when I told her it was supposed to be a Trenta she paused, looked at me with a blank face turned around, poured my drink into a Trenta cup, then added ice and handed it back to me. So when I asked her, so you just filled it with more ice, she said, yeah that’s how we make it. I will never return here! I paid for a Trenta And got a Venti with added extra water.
I have frequented, and loved, this Starbucks location for years so I feel conflicted leaving a negative review. But, management/ownership needs to know about the sharp decline that has happened over the past month or so. It is clear there was some sort of mass turnover situation with the staff and things have not been going well ever since. I understand these things happen and I can overlook mobile ordering being turned off while new employees get their footing but that hasn’t seemed to happen even a little bit. My usual order is simple and straight off the menu with no substitutions but I can honestly say it has not been made correctly the past 5+ times to the point where they seem to be making things up as they go. Even when I am the only customer with nobody waiting. To me this points to a lack of training as the employees are always pleasant and engaged yet for some reason don’t have the resources to double check recipes they haven’t memorized yet? I don’t know what’s going on, but I gave it several chances since the previous staff left and sadly it will be a while before I come back here.
My order ahead has been turned off for weeks in this store. The last three times I have come in an ordered directly off the menu no substitution or anything my order is different every time. I ordered the blackberry sage lemonade no blackberry’s and once no lemonade. Also the summer berry refresher for the last two weeks has had no raspberry pearls ( the store claims they are out of them). So I have had to get it without and still pay full price. Last visit my iced coffee had no ice it was just coffee.

You need to do better. All your employees need to get on same page. Sick of NEW employees telling me NO when I order something that I have zero problems getting with old employees. More than one time of this happening too. Maybe I should just stick to Tim Hortons. They don’t tell me no or mess up my order.
