This was my 2nd and last time visiting this location.1st visit I dealt with a rude black girl behind the counter who acted as of I couldn’t stir my own coffee before they added the whip cream?Then today, I guess they pick and choose who they feel like speaking to-the black guy behind the counter made sure he spoke to everybody walking up except for me.I’ll drive the extra 10 mins out of my way into work from now on, it’s not worth being disrespected where I’m spending my money at.

I enjoyed my iced oatmeal blonde espresso as well as the vanilla almond biscotti.Delicious.Barista was helpful and friendly.
they have got 6 people behind the counter, & only ONE of them is working; the rest are standing around gossiping. been standing here waiting on my mobile order for 10 minutes while they all stand there next to drink orders just talking.

Every time I place an order here it takes at least 20 mins, so this time I did a mobile order and didn’t arrive for 20 minutes, and it still wasn’t ready for another 15. They weren’t even busy either, the service is just always so slow and awful.
