Waited 40 minutes for my tea. I get it it was busy in the morning but not to the point where I have to come up to the counter and asked for it. No apologizations said and just gave me a gift card.

terrible experience, if I could give this -5 stars i would. Waited 35 minutes for 2 coffees and they still somehow managed to mess the order up. Car in front of us had to have their coffee sent back twice due to messed up orders and the car in front of that car experienced the same issue. Worst Starbucks of all time. Either close the drive through or fire the people.

Amazing service by all of the staff, some customer was unbelievably rude to a barista. The barista handled the situation calmly and professionally (better than I would’ve). Cheers to the barista u go girl !

We came here in December and got stuck in line for about 30 minutes before we finally had to drive over the landscaping island to get out of line (whoever designed a drive through you can’t leave is an absolute dingus - we were late for plans and weren’t anywhere NEAR getting our order so we did what we had to do).
Well, we decided to give it another try today. We were the ONLY car in line and still had to wait a minute or so before we could order. Then, when we pulled up to the window, we sat there for at least 5 full minutes before anyone so much as acknowledged us. We had nitro brews - they’re not even drinks you have to make really. Then the cashier closed the window on us without saying anything and took the next order.
Avoid this one like the plague. Yikes.

every time i come here my day is ruined by the drink i get. every time i get my drink from here i just leave the drive thru sad because each time its so bad. its only ever this starbucks that makes the drink bad.

This is one of the worst Starbucks! Even when they aren’t busy the people behind the counter move at a snails pace. There is typically 4 people working but only one who is making drinks. Always a 30 minute wait after ordering. Avoid this location!!

Great Location because it has drive thruTerrible location of you want to park.Be careful pulling out the drive-thru. People pull in kind of fast. People hoping out of their cars and not even looking up.Go here if you like long drive-thru lines. I mean 15-35 minutes. Definitely don't go here if you are in a hurr.or before work.Please check your order and fast your drink.I've had some pretty terrible drinks here.

The employees there treated me and my girlfriend with such disrespect by letting us wait in the line until 7:20 and then ignored us while talking loudly about how often people come just before close and refused us service

Took a very long time for the 4 people behind the counter to acknowledge and take the order of the two gentlemen in front of me and myself. No apologies. The place was filthy with the counters and floors dirty like they hadn't been tended to all day. Was there 08/30/23 Wed at 2:30pm.
