This has to be one of the worst experiences I’ve had at Starbucks. It seems that every time I visit, my drink is either made incorrectly or isn’t filled to the top. What happened to the employees who knew how to do their jobs just a few months ago? Now, I’m left with a terrible experience every morning.

The Asian woman behind the counter needs her attitude adjusted. I understand its early but its no excuse to be rude and disrespectful to your clients. This will be the first and last time I use this location.

Cancelled my order because the server was less than pleasant or helpful.
If this is the one in Kroger it’s terrible. I went in today at around 9am. I walked in and had to wait 16 mins . And there was I swear only 1 person in front of me…for 16 mins she didn’t greet me and I just stood there. I was late to work and had to leave the line. I felt like the lady was purposefully going slow so she wouldn’t have to take my order. All I wanted was a black coffee. Will not return
