Subway app says open until 10pm, sign on door says open until 10pm. Submitted an order through the app and a pop up said they stop taking online orders at 930pm, this was at 9pm. Placed order, was told it was received and ready by 920. Arrived at store 910pm to see employee locking the door and getting into car. Now I have to submit an online inquiry to get my money back.

The food wasn't good. A Cold Cut Combo sub is supposed to have Ham, Salami, Bologna. They only put Four slices of Bologna on it and did say anything.

Good experience, friendly people, great sandwich artist, clean and fresh every time I visited.
Worst location. Very poor service. The guy with glasses is always very rude & acts as if it’s a problem to take and make your order. He is extremely rude and has been so each time I’ve visited. This location is less than a mile from me but I will not return, will go to a new location.

I was coming here weekly (have not been recently only because the subway app is not giving as generous of coupons). However, the owner is very nice and works hard, and his staff is good as well. They do what they need to do to ensure the food is good and service is above average.

I walked in with me and one other family with 2 Coupons, 2... thinking we could just pay separately for our order, when we got to the check out counter I told they guy "we have 2 different coupons we're gonna pay separately" at first I said rhat and he kinda ignored me or brushed me off, so i told him again. That's when he said "you can't pay separately for 2 coupons cause it's basically the same thing".Apparently 2 people can't pay separately for 2 separate things.NEVER AGAIN WILL I BE BACKI STRONGLY URGE ANY ONE AROUND THE LIVONIA AREA NOT TO GO HERE.not only is the service bad, the food here is decent and not that great.Also the employees speak so quiet I can't hear what they are saying about my order or what I want on my subGet out of my faceBYE

This place is awesome now ? i had a bad experience in this place like two years ago; so i didn’t go into there since then. But yesterday i was in the area and i saw the new management sign hanging out there; so i decided to give it a shot!!i didn’t regret it at all; what a great service and clean food! Great people ( specially the owner Mustafa)! sure i’ll be there every week! Good job ?

Subway hasn’t been the greatest in recent years. But this location has been amazing. New ownership here has been wonderful, great customer service, they take their time making your sandwich and the place is spotless! Definitely recommend it here for a quick bite.

10/10!!! The new ownership has done WONDERS to this place. They are extremely clean and helpful, fresh bread is made daily, fresh vegetables are cut dailyyy. I will never go to another subway. Shoutout to the new owner for revamping this place.
