Came here at 4 in the afternoon on a Saturday. Place was locked. Hours listed on the door are until 9:30 pm. No reason given for being closed and no indication that it’s closed until you pull on the door. People keep pulling in the parking lot and parking and getting out of their cars walking to the door just to find it locked. I tried to call a subway customer service number…good luck with that. Their customers mean nothing to them. They figure they can just lock the doors and go home without any explanation, no note on the door, nothing. Crappy place. I’ll go somewhere else.

The bread was stale at 11am, it was put together sloppy with questionable looking jalapenos. The meat and cheese section is covered and blocked from being seen.

They hide fixing your sandwich from you. I ordered a footlong sandwich. He gave me the amount of meat for 6 inch sandwich. He kept saying, "I hope you enjoy your sandwich." I will never go back to that one. Plymouth Rd and Stark Rd.

I go to this location often, most the time when I order Israkish is there. Even when they are packed and or lined up with orders, he maintains not only him but his team while assuring the customer has the correct orders. Even when mistakes are made, like in my case he was able to fulfill my order and compensate in anyway possible to make sure you get what you pay for.

No matter what you do, never ever go here. I used to come to this location regularly and never had a problem with them. When I went today they took about 5 minutes to start my order, which normally I wouldn’t care about but there was no one in front of me and they were focusing on a doordash order.

Then they finally asked me what I wanted. I told them the size and bread type. Then I was ignored for a moment and asked the same question after he finished helping someone restock something, in the middle of me ordering. The he asked me the same thing a third time.

Finally, the absolute worst of all is the cleanliness. I wouldn’t feed a dog in that restaurant, let alone people. It’s obvious it doesn’t get cleaned regularly, there are fruit flies and gnats everywhere. Someone should call the inspector on this place before someone gets sick.

Wish I could have captured all of the fruit flies in a photo. Mold on the drink machine. Ordered a chicken bacon ranch, then got to the end of line and asked for ranch and the guy said “No Ranch.” I was like “Oh dang I would have totally got something else if I knew you didn’t have ranch when I ordered the chicken bacon ranch!” And he just stared at me. I asked for the combo that comes with 2 cookies and a small fountain drink. He says “okay go pick your drink out of the cooler” I said “I wanted a fountain drink actually if that’s okay” and he said “Uh, yeah just take this one” and pointed at the large drink cup. So I took that one, only to be charged like $2 more. I was just so over it I grabbed my sandwich and went to fill my drink where I saw hoards of fruit flies and what looked like it could be mold on the ice machine. All of the tables were nasty too, clearly nobody does a lap to wipe them down with sanitizer like they’re supposed to. Literally will never come here again. Terrible service, terrible food, and terrible cleanliness.

Server didn’t cut my sandwich in half, but cut the other one. They didn't give us the pretzel stick we ordered and then didn’t give us the cheese sauce which came with it. We got the pretzel stick (burnt asf) but still no cheese sauce and when my boyfriend mentioned it to the server, he gave us shredded cheese in a cup instead so my bf tried to point it out on the menu (there’s a picture) and the receipt, the server kept saying that’s what comes on it which we clearly know it doesn’t come ON the pretzel stick. Just clear incompetence and not caring what so ever. Fruit fly landed in my drink as I was filling it up. These place has been going down hill fast over the past year. Will NOT be coming back & I recommended no one else does either.

Tried to order a foot long with only half cheese -same meat and toppings and he wanted to charge me for two 6” cuz it’s more money. Poor service. The guy couldn’t understand two footings, both Turkey and one of them only half with cheese. Tye customer in front of us ordered double meat and the same guy tried ripping him off until the customer called him out on it and finally the worker put double meat. The bread was also very stale. Will not be returning.

Two sandwiches and they were so nasty man. Idk who cooks the bread, but it’s not done properly. This is supposed to be Italian bread ?. Looks and feels like a brick. Also only received 6 pieces of meat on my foot long. This is crazy

Barely any meat or cheese on our subs. Ordered the Titan Turkey which is described as 33% more Turkey which they certainly didn’t have. The subs were 90% veggies. Ordered 2 and both were the same. Ordered in the app and the order was 10 minutes late. Won’t be ordering from this store again.

Used to be a great location. It must have gone through different ownership. The bread was not cooked, vegetables tasted old. Didn't carry wraps and just substituted flatbread without communicating they were doing so. Which made for two three inch sandwiches that fell apart. Place was dirty.
