So me and my boyfriend stopped in at 10:20 ish am and the doors were locked. The sign said they were open at 9 and the open sign was lid up. The employee named BEN, ignored us when we knocked on the glass, and then proceeded to do whatever he was doing. A few minutes later another person opened up the door and we were led inside. Then when we were ready to order, my boyfriend politely said can you take our order and BEN scoffed at us and sighed. He made the atmosphere VERY uncomfortable and unpleasant. Not to mention he was very short and hasty with his words. My boyfriend asked some simple questions about what kind of bread they have along with what kind of cheese, he sighed yet again, answered shortly and then proceeded to make the sandwich. If I could give no stars, I would. What kind of establishment lets the workers treat their customers with such disdain. The food was alright, definitely not worth 23.30 dollars. I got a half inch flat bread and my boyfriend got a 12 inch sandwich. No drinks, no chips, just the sandwich. I will not be coming back to this location.

The signs on your door say you are open until 10 Monday through Saturday, as well as your website, so why when I show up at 9 do your workers tell me you're store is closed and look like they are planning on leaving, horrible customer service, change your times online so people don't waste they're time coming here

ordered online and the sandwich was thrown together, a boat load of banana peppers and ranch dripping out. Couldn't even hold the sandwich without ranchy hands. These people do not know how to make a sandwich.

Attention owner: your store location can’t be found on the subway app. I noticed your online rack was 100% empty at 12:30. You are losing business. It was missing over a month ago too. The other 5 mile store is the only one on the app. Thought you might want to know.

Front sandwich guy, kind of blonde hair accuses me of stealing lemonade. Argued me down and made a scene. Watch the camera. You can clearly see I never even pressed the lemonade down. I don’t know, must be racism. I’ve never had such accusations pushed against me, I even tried to show him and he didn’t even bother to look. Horrible look for the company. Seriously.

I made eye contact with an employee sitting at the counter, and she acted like no was there and when straight to the back. Seems to happens often with the night shift at the Livonia very disappointing. Bad customer service!
Good service but the two young guys that were working at the time should smoke less at work...

Every time I come here, the food is always fresh and the portions are good. You get a lot for your money. Even right now with them not accepting coupons due to the rising cost in food, everything is still pretty affordable.
