I accidentally order a cream Baja blast soda instead of a cream Baja blast freeze and they still gave me the freeze at no extra charge. This is one of my favorite Taco Bell locations, they (most of the time) get my order right. I would seriously recommend this Taco Bell, but if you have chips in your order, make sure there are chips in your bag before you drive off.

This is the worst taco bell around. Customer service is trash and rude. Their inside is always closed during the day because they are "short staffed" which makes no sense considering they force everyone to use the kiosks anyways. They also charge more per item than any other taco bell around. I purposely drive an extra 2 miles out of my way to go to a different one.

Cashier on the speaker was extremely rude and barely let me finish my order as she rudely kept cutting me off. On my way to work and ordered 4 cheesy gordita crunches and 3 cantina chicken tacos. Tacos didn't have no flavor and tasted like they were sitting under the warmer wayy to long. I didn't even finish my gordita crunch since 2of them were reallly soggy unfortunately

This store charges 2-3 dollars or more on some items than other stores. The one by my work the build your own cravings box is 6.50, here it’s 9.99. Cantina chicken burrito meal here is 12.69, Westland it’s 10.49. Nachos belle grande combo 11.39, Westland 9.99.
The couple times I’ve been here the employees have been great but I stopped going because of the high prices.

1 star is an overstatement, I constantly get stuff on my tacos I didn’t ask for and missing things I actually ask for. My girlfriend’s nacho fries are either cold or not seasoned every time. The night shift guy is insanely rude and doesn’t care about making a simple order right, many times coming through the drive thru the second time to try and fix my messed up order just for it to be even more mauled. Also always 2-3 employees sitting outside smoking.
