Waited in the drive thru for my food on my lunch break for literally 20 mins ordered a chicken quesadilla just for it to have steak pieces inside, I ordered a freeze too which they advertise $1 during the hours of 2-5 and I was charged the regular price which was $3

My family and I had such a terrible experience. They took 30 min to complete the order and didn’t tell us that they were out of chicken. They also didn’t give us our drinks and cinnamon twists. When we went to ask for it, NOBODY LISTENED. They literally ignored us. The service is terrible.
I wish I would have got the name of whoever made my food on 12/08/2024 at 2:30am cause I would have named my first born after them. Best taco bell I've had in a hot min. Changed my life.
