I go to this location alot, simply because its convenient to my route to work. Although they are quick, many times I've gotten poor customer service or my food is NOT what I asked for. Sometimes I get a hello or good morning, sometimes I don't even get an acknowledgment. I just don't understand why its so hard to give someone a smile or say just a couple nice words. Nobody forced u to work there, AND at least u have a job making money, so be thankful and just be nice. The drive thru needs to do a little better at presenting themselves. Smiles and a simple have a nice day go a longgggg way, trust me!

My Xlarge is the same everytime I come through drive-thur and I'm on my way to work. 1 time no equal, and other times no mocha that I pay extra. I tried calling b4 making this post because they're fast and always so nice at the window.
I asked for dark roast n she repeated a coffee so i said yes dark roast. I pull to the window and u hear her telling somone "some white kid that mommy and daddy werent home." I recieved a coffee that tasted like cream and water for 4$

My order was ready at the drive through window before I even pulled up. Unfortunately, the coffee was lukewarm and the egg and cheese sandwich was very clearly just thrown together and also lukewarm. I would gladly wait several minutes more for a sandwich put together with more attention to detail and hot coffee. I will hesitate to return to this location.

I ordered 10 timbits, 2 diffent kinds. They put a flavor I did not ask for or like in the box, so I ask them to replace it with one of the kind I requested. They took out the wrong donut and did not replace it, giving me 9 timbits. I paid for (10 timbits).
