I go to this location alot, simply because its convenient to my route to work. Although they are quick, many times I've gotten poor customer service or my food is NOT what I asked for. Sometimes I get a hello or good morning, sometimes I don't even get an acknowledgment. I just don't understand why its so hard to give someone a smile or say just a couple nice words. My Xlarge is the same everytime I come through drive-thur and I'm on my way to work. 1 time no equal, and other times no mocha that I pay extra. I tried calling b4 making this post because they're fast and always so nice at the window.

Sabrina at 33500 Plymouth Road Livonia Michigan was very kind when I went to grab a coffee. It was evident she was the only worker there that day as how hard she was working during a busy hour. If someone deserves a raise it is her! Customer service was excellent and any company would be happy to have a great employee like that.
