Very disappointed with this Tim Hortons location. I ordered two breakfast sandwiches without cheese. Got home and both sandwiches had cheese on them. I tried several times to call the restaurant with the number on the receipt. All I received was a recording saying the Magic Jack person was not available and to leave a message. I didn’t but I haven’t received a call back.

Not sure what's going on today..but walked in..no one in there even drive thru was not crowded. Stood there for about 5mins. The girl never looked up from her phone. To acknowledge a customer. And then week down the street to Dunkin donuts and was ignored at first while workers are cleaning and standing there. More than one. I had to say is it okay to order. Was it me? Geesh! Guess my presence was not welcome. And no? Normal dress not political nothing on. Simple black coat. Like is human decent interaction gone!

Lights are on, drive-thru sign is lit up and looks to be open. No one is answering at the drive-through speaker and there is a car in the parking lot.

This place was doing better for a while but now has started to decline again. I order an extra large coffee every morning and almost every day I have to check it and have to ask them to fill it all the way up. This morning they handed me a little over 1/2 a cup. You would think coming there every morning and send the coffee back they would eventually get the hint. Also many times the order of food is wrong or incomplete. They really need to pull it together! I wouldn’t go there but my wife likes their coffee and its the only one on the way to me taking her to work.

If I could rate this half one star I would. I came there to pick up a Door Dash order and the manager very rudely and disrespectfully said he does not accept door dash orders. First thing in fast food is customer service and he was more than lacking in that area.

Compared to other Tim Hortons in the area the coffee has a weak taste like they're not using the entire packet of coffee for every pot....

The first time that I drove thru I ordered two hot breakfast sandwiches. I received them frozen. I didn’t have time to go back.Today I order a muffin. It was stale, no way it was baked today. I’m done!

The food has been good. Their French vanilla cappuccino with whipped cream is on point. I just don't agree with you have to buy jelly for your sandwich. Other Tim Hortons don't charge jelly for each sandwich you purchase.
