hands down the most embarrassing service and handling of someone’s order i’ve ever seen in my life. wrong drink. combo meal ? nope paid for everything individually. even the pitiful bag of chips i was up charged for. if you need coffee in a pinch you’re better off going to a gas station at this point.

I believe the newer staff are working hard and together to get your order out. My complaint concerns your Blueberry sour cream donut (my favorite). This location always over bakes this donut. It's hard and just not enjoyable.

This place is a joke, they don't even have the doors open, forcing you to go to the drive through and they are out of stock of everything. Please just go out of business, you are pathetic. I'll never come back

Ordered a croissant sandwich with everything croissant double egg double sausage and 2 donuts.. received a regular croissant with one piece of sausage and cold eggs. Smashed.. No donuts... Day that didn't have them.. They could've offered another... So.. No breakfast today... Never again.

Go to literally any other tim Hortons or any other coffee shop and you will get better service and drinks. Everytime I come here it is utter chaos and everyone is confused. The drinks aren't made right or I'm given a completely different drink all together. Lots of confusion. Long wait times as well. Drive through layout is a little weird but that's not the restaurants fault. I've gotten used to it.
