I go to this location on a regular basis. Their machines are always down, no matter what time of day it is. They never make my coffee right, and they always seem to have an attitude, both in store and through the driveway. If it wasn’t the closest place to my job I wouldn’t even go there. I try to give them the benefit of doubt but it’s become pretty consistent. I know many others that have similar complaints so I wanna speak for the people.

Bad customer service. Will post 0 stars if I could. I ask for a # 7 meal sausage, egg and cheese croissant $5.09 dollars and she charged me $ 10,42 dollars and she didn’t not give me the pop? I told her that was false advertisement. I ask for my money back and gave her back the meal. Horrible experience.

This Tim Hortons locations specifically has the absolute worst service. Every time I go here hoping for a better experience the workers are always catching an attitude for no reason. I’ll drive the extra miles and go to the one on Plymouth and Farmington if it means I get a “have a good day” with my donut.

I try my best to avoid this place. But occasionally, I do need to pick up something in the morning. I find it outrageous that you can go to another Tim Hortons on the same mile road a couple of miles down, and get things considerably cheaper than here.
Next time you ask for cream cheese on your bagel, realize that you’re basically paying for an entire container of cream cheese from the store, only to get a small bit on a bagel.
This morning I just walked away getting a sandwich and two coffees, and it came up to $17.
Each store is able to set their own prices in the store seems to have their prices way too high.

This is the worst place to go to, i went in to pick up my order, the lady was rude asking for my order name after i was trying to explain that i didnt have a order name and if i did it would be "chelsy" even spelled it for her and she rolled her eyes and told me that theres 2 store of tim hortons on 5 mile road and refused to hear me out so i canceled my order and now Tim Hortons wont even give me a refund and if they do i have to go back to the store to request it and "they" have the power to either grant it or deny it, honestly what is so bad with people lives that only the rude people work with the public, please figure your life out at this rate

Okay so this is the worst Tim Hortons around this area. There’s no sugar coating it. I see that someone keeps replying with the same response to everyone’s review and requesting that they fill out a form. People shouldn’t have to fill out any sort of form. These reviews are enough evidence that there’s something going on with this place. Something obviously needs to drastically change. Terrible attitudes at this location. I leave there everytime thinking “wow these people must really hate their jobs to be this unfriendly.” I feel bad for them. I don’t know if it’s poor hiring going on or if this place is not treating their employees well enough. But I will no longer be going here. I’ve had enough of the attitude and from these other reviews I am concerned about what I’ve been eating and drinking now:/

Each of the 3 times I have stopped at this location I have been told after requesting a hot caramel latte that they cannot make hot drinks. This store is closest to my home, but I end up driving to the 5 Mile and Middlebelt Tim Horton's where the staff has no issue making a hot caramel latte, or other hot drinks...

Unsure who owns this franchise but the price difference between this location and others in the area is staggering. Both the five and merriman location and the Plymouth and Lilley location have lower prices. An iced capp at this location will cost around $5 but at the other two it’s $3.50. Truly wild of the franchisee to hike up prices that much.

Not very appropriate/nice customer service. Order was wrong when received. I ended up throwing out rather than asking for a replacement and having to talk with people who would find it bothersome. I've been there 3 or 4 times and this is a typical experience.
