This morning went through the drive thru.Ordered the bacon, egg cheese, biscuit meal. The girl asked me what kind of bread do I want?😒Get to window. He just hands me a biscuit. We ordered the meal. Oh,then the girl hands me a hash brown. The cashier has to do redo the order in the register. Can I have a bag? The look he gave me ? The food was cold and undercooked.

I was asking about decaf fall drink options this morning and the drive through worker laughed saying that a latte can’t be decaf. Tim Hortons might not have decaf expresso but just say that. Don’t say decaf PSLs don’t exist. We ended up getting a decaf PSL elsewhere this morning but we were ready to purchase from Tim Hortons if alternative fall decaf options were provided as we asked what they could do, but we were dismissed instead.

Just had an employee tell me that a vanilla cream cold brew does NOT come with vanilla cream. I tried to explain it does as it is LITERALLY in the name but she continued to insist I was wrong and she was right and had an attitude. She said next time I have to specify that I want vanilla cream in my vanilla cream cold brew.

I ordered a breakfast sandwich and water. The charge was $1.50 for a cup of water. I asked for a jelly packet and was told it's $0.41, that's ridiculous. I asked for a refund. Condiments should be included with your order. It's like charging $0.41 for one packet of ketchup when you order fries. Other locations don't charge for water or condiments.

Ordered regular ice capp here. Another review mentioned this for this location, I got super sick from it. I am asking management to please ensure all food (eg whipped cream) is fresh and food touching surfaces are meticulously cleaned daily.
