Ordered hot cocoa, coffee, cinnamon role and an old fashioned donut. The pastries were very fresh and melted in your mouth; not disappointed in that. The drinks were average in my opinion.

This is my morning stop most morning. This morning there was elderly woman in line buying bagels and a drink, she spent $20.00 The elder asked for a sip 9f water for her elder husband to take his meds. The young man behind the counter said, it would cost .50 cents, the elder said 50 cents for a sip of water, the young man said it not my fault for the cost of the cup! The elder said, I'd just spent $20.00 the young man said it's corporate fault, for the cup to put the water in, she said in return, all I need is a sip of water. The elder went and told her husband she didn't have water for him. I'd paid the .50 cents after what I'd wetness. I ordered the water like the elderly ordered, the young man brought a full cup of fountain water with ice, after telling him twice to only put a little water in the cup with no ice! He was very upset and stomped away and had a ugly face looking at me. Is this how you treat elder people in America. How paper cups are throwing away, if the staff makes mistakes on coffee orders, but, complaining about a 50 cents cup, I'm sure Tim Horton cups aren't 50 cents each when buying. Whoever worked the drive thru window today at 3:00, I had to not only repeat my order 4 times.. but the lady with the longer dark hair was very rude to inform me that if I wanted my cookies in a box, I would have to pay for the box.. which is crazy because I never have this issue ever. The location on 10 mile is much better.

They make are drinks wrong the first time then after we wait a good 7 minutes we got them and they were absolutely disgusting not the right measurements at all it was burnt and was just black coffee with whipped cream and I have come here many times and very time they don’t know how to make my drink right

This morning went through the drive thru.Ordered the bacon, egg cheese, biscuit meal. The girl asked me what kind of bread do I want?😒Get to window. He just hands me a biscuit. We ordered the meal. Oh,then the girl hands me a hash brown. The cashier has to do redo the order in the register. Can I have a bag? The look he gave me ? The food was cold and undercooked.
This is the 3rd time I have went through the drive through and the young foreigner girl asks me for money. I ordered online and paid for it already. I’m not paying twice. Her Mom works there and needs to teach her how online orders work.

i should say thank you for not serviceing lobby customers, not even acknowledging us for over 5 mins. thanks to this i got to find out how much better and faster the dunkin dounuts on the next corner is. i found my new coffee spot!
