I don't think the young man understood when I asked his opinion about a sandwich that I was thinking about ordering, so I just stuck with my caramel Iced capp Supreme. The drink was great as always. Customer service questionable. ?

I love this Tim's, normally everything is good. But twice I ordered a breakfast wrap and there's been egg shell pieces in it. First time was just a small bit in one bite. The second time it was inedible. This has been the only issue I've ever had here, makes me sad to even post this.
