Normally I love this place, My smoothies are always spot on.
However, I ordered through the TS App and the order was never delivered, they took my $ and eventually cancelled my order, however no refund???? Would be nice if the help in the app gave you a phone number instead of a form to fill out that never gets responded to!!!😡
This place is a joke. The service was substandard. One associate actually put her nose in a smoothie because she didn’t know which one it was. No hair nets. They touch the walls and don’t change their gloves.
The entertainment was even below par. The twerking and booty shaking was out of rhythm and unwarranted. I get it pickings are slim but where did these employees come from? I will not to spend my money at this establishment.

In what reality do you service all call-in orders before servicing the people standing in line?!?
I waited 10 minutes (at the counter!!) to put in my order. I watched them put multiple orders on the counter to sit and melt.
