I really liked the smoothie they made, and the customer service wasn't bad either. I think they need a retouch of the place because chairs,walls, and floors look old.

It is 25mns until closing & the employees stated they are only serving smoothies because they close “soon.” Did not ask for hot food items - asked for cold PB crunch. It’s not 5-10mns before closing, it’s nearly half an hour!

They should rename this store to Tropical ICE Smoothie. Ordered a chia banana boost and literally got 90% ice in the cup. All those ingredients and it's still 90% ice says a lot. I have been to different tropical smoothie stores and never had this bad of an experience. I get they have to add ice to the smoothie, but this much? It was like drinking banana flavored ICEE. Plus the staff don't make much eye contact or smile. Had to wait 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge me and take my order.

The last few times I’ve come in for A peanut butter cup it has tasted awful. they charge over 8 dollars for a smoothie making them the most expensive trop I have ever seen in my life. Not only that but for 8 dollars you think it would be more ingredients then water. Your insincere words on this post mean nothing to the quality of your product. -5 stars.
