They should rename this store to Tropical ICE Smoothie. Ordered a chia banana boost and literally got 90% ice in the cup. All those ingredients and it's still 90% ice says a lot. I have been to different tropical smoothie stores and never had this bad of an experience. I get they have to add ice to the smoothie, but this much? It was like drinking banana flavored ICEE. Plus the staff don't make much eye contact or smile. Had to wait 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge me and take my order.

The last few times I’ve come in for A peanut butter cup it has tasted awful. they charge over 8 dollars for a smoothie making them the most expensive trop I have ever seen in my life. Not only that but for 8 dollars you think it would be more ingredients then water. Your insincere words on this post mean nothing to the quality of your product. -5 stars.

Tropical smoothie is always hit or miss, but luckily it normally leans to the hit side. I’d say I eat here at least once a week and 80% of the food and smoothies. I get are delicious every once in a while though you get something wrong or you can tell that the smoothie or food was rushed being made 100% beats any fast food but you definitely pay for that.
Vegetarian options: You can definitely find a good meal here if you’re a vegetarian.
I love these smoothies although I wish there was a sign guiding people as to where to go for the drive thru window at the Livonia one.
