I ordered online so when I got there everything could be done and ready. Well I get there (mind you it's a 20min drive) it's not ready but that's fine I got a large order what's a lil wait. They start sending my drinks out with no carrier because you know every vehicle has 6 cup holders. Well, I ask for a carrier so they don't spill, and I place them into it myself. I tried to write this with no Star, but they won’t let me, This Wendy’s doesn’t deserve a star But this comment is for this lady named Rachel. If you were going to fire somebody make sure you bring that person in to work..you are so unprofessional, We can hear your whole conversation by the window while picking up our food. I did a mobile order and put Drive thru. I go through the drive thru to pick up my order, only for the person to tell me i have to come inside to get my order.
