Burgers were way to salty., I couldnt even eat half my burger. MY bloodpressure went up to the point I had a headache and was sick to my stomach all night due to the salt.

Sadly as of today 7.16.24 this Livonia, MI location appears to be CLOSED for good as the window posters are gone and the drive thru menu is completely removed.

Vegetarian options: U can ask for any sandwich..salad to be vegetarian and they have a price for it..
My burger is so burnt it’s crunchy like if you burn food throw it away. Like come on be better. You wouldn’t want to eat this. Mmmmm crunchy!

I left the drive through after waiting at least 10 minutes. There were 2 cars ahead of me, one pulled up to the window when I got there, the other was parked ahead (looked like waiting for their food?) I just feel bad for the cars ahead that payed for their food.

SUMMARY: DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HEREAbsolutely not. I'm embarrassed at how many chances I have given this location over time. Not even ONE SINGLE TIME was my order ever correct (not complicated orders; kids like burgers from time to time). Regardless of what the management claims, they do not resolve complaints in an equitable fashion and will also lie in reply to this review as well.This location should be avoided by all to demonstrate that they do not get to have money and also fail at fulfilling the lowest amount of customer satisfaction. Not only was this most recent visit yet another debacle from a staff that clearly does not care, but the manager will have the audacity to pretend they've done their job. They have not done this.DO NOT FEED THE BAD BUSINESSES, FRANCHISE OR NOT.

Crap store waited 13 mins for a spicy chicken meal and the give me a hamburger instead. I called 17 time and no one picks up. I can't eat hamburger meat. I was on lunch

Apparently the new owners will not give mobile orders to you through the drive thru even if that's the option you choose on your mobile order. When I questioned them inside after they told me I have to walk in and get my order they just said if I don't like it to bad that's what the mew owners want. Walking in is not normally a big deal but I'm injured right now and did not want to walk in. What a load and bad service practices.
