I don’t think I’ve ever had a more rude experience with a food chain IN MY LIFE! Why is all the staff here so rude?! Why are you so rude to THE KNLY CUSTOMER YOU HAVE?? Shouting at me like I did something wrong, mumbling nonsense and swear words under your breath! Why is the lobby locked and they just stare at you like IMTHE JERK INSTEAD OF OPENING THE DOOR?! ITS 4:30! Seriously what is it about the management that makes this place so poorly staffed?? Incredible, I’m calling corporate.

Disappointing every time. Extremely slow service when there are like 10 workers inside and 3 cars in the drive thru. Rude staff, they’ll either forget part of your order, give the wrong order, or wait until you pay and tell you they don’t have something you already paid for

I visited the drive thru sitting at the speaker for at least 4 minutes then I said hello …. I proceeded to order and they didn’t have nothing I asked for, the young lady was silly and immature and thought it was funny…. Never again

Honey Chicken Butter Biscuits! Nothing else needs to be said. Enough they have a great menu full of tasty items reasonable priced food hot! Excellent customer service

I was helped out by a young lady who was super awesome, took order quickly and my order came out fast I sat down and the chairs and tables were very clean she even refilled my cherry coke. I'll definitely be back because of her chelsey
