Just went there, my wife had Dave’s double combo, and I had the tendy combo, her burger was cold as hell and the tendy is not all that, just wasted $23 there,then tried calling there several times but no one would answer the phone. Very disappointed with this matter. Now I see why so many restaurants closing down…

Went through the drive-thru for a biggie bag and my jr bacon looks like it wasn’t on the grill for more than 3 minutes cause it’s pink like fuzzy pink. purchase made 01/23/2026 around 7:40PM.

Food was terrible!!! The manager admitted the grease was old and disgusting! Then refused to refund me.
I’m really disappointed because I frequent this location often and spend a good amount of money here each month. I went through the drive-thru and waited without any acknowledgment, then went inside where several employees saw me but did not greet me or say they would be with me.
When I was finally acknowledge, I was told they were in the middle of a shift change and handling a large order, which I understand. What I don’t understand is completely ignoring a customer. A simple “we’ll be with you shortly” would have taken seconds.
Instead of an apology, the employee became defensive and went back and forth with me. Basic customer service and courtesy were missing, which is disappointing considering how often I visit this location.

If you like gambling this is the wendys for you! Some days they might screw up your order, sometimes they'll give you less than what you paid for or you might even get it burnt. Given this place endless chances and have been failed almost every time. Seriously, turn back now!!
