we went for valentines. we could of got food faster at counter instead of having to wait for person to take order at table. VERY DISAPPOINTED in atmosphere as there was none saying valentines day. did not receive the cards or anything else. last year this white castle went all out. that's why we went back to it. Don't think I'd do valentines here next year. Food was good when we finally got it.

No table was set. I had to ask them to clean a table. No decorations or anything special was done. Mgr apologized she didn't get decorations. They forgot an item I ordered. It was nice that they waited on us. We enjoyed time despite it.

I love White Castle (as fast food goes) but unfortunately white castles are becoming rarer and rarer.That said I was in Wayne County for the day and jumped on one while I had the opportunity.It was the White Castle that I remember the staff was also courteous and swift.

This was a real disappointment! My husband asked for extra everything and we didn’t even get onions on our burgers and they were loaded with mustard. I didn’t even eat one, they were so gross! They didn’t put any salt on my fries either. I won’t go back. Now I have to find something for dinner!!!

Terrible. Counter service was horrible, I said hi she stared at me like I was an alien. Then she forgot to put a drink in the order. Nest the food was terrible like the meat was reheated and old. I’ve never had an experience like this at White Castle and am thoroughly dissatisfied and disappointed. Lastly it says breakfast anytime my son wanted a breakfast sandwich and they said no. The fries and hash rounds tasted terrible. It was like they didn’t change their fryer oil for a week. Disgusting
Man how you mess up my order 3 times in the same visit. First they charged my card wrong, then they gave me onion chips when i ordered mozzarella sticks. I ordered 4 double bacon cheese burgers with everything and a medium mozzarella stick. I left thinking they corrected the order. When i get home all thats in the bag is 1 double cheese burger, a sack of onion chips that I didnt order, and a medium mozzarella stick. CHECK YALL BAG BEFORE YALL PULL OFF. ITLL SAVE YOU ALOTTA IRRITATION.

Not a good location. Slow, staff likes to play with customers. They ran all my bills thru a counterfeit machine, $1 and $5 my $5 failed because it was an old bill and wouldn't go thru machine and I had no other bills so they reject my order. And wouldn't accept my bills, wanted me to pay with credit instead. I refused and left. My order was less than 6 dollars and small bills. Will never go back if running my cash through a machine in order to get approval to pay with small bills of cash. Stupid concept. They accepted a large bill order inside with our running it through the machine. I watched and heard the transaction and it it was change for a counter 0rder and never ran it through counterfeit machine, but me they did and then rejected my order. Never going back due to stupid service and policy.
