The Humble Lion Motivates
I placed an order on the evening of Wednesday 9/17. When I arrived to pick it up, I alerted the cashier that my order from a couple of days ago, was inaccurate and missing specifics. He got the manager for me. The manager was amazing, he had a great attitude, was very pleasant,and accommodating. He apologized multiple times for the mishap with my previous. He made several accommodations for me, to compensate for the prior mishap. I wasn't trying to create a problem when bringing the mishap to his attention. I just wanted to make him aware of what transpired. The manager is a class act and a major asset to the company. This is my favorite wing snob location from now on, just because of the manager's awesome attitude and kindness. Please keep up the great work!

Manager extremely rude, would not refund our money for a meal we ordered to the wrong location. Placed order and called to cancel right away but he declined, proceeded to hang up on me to end the conversation. Horrible customer service.

The wings could be cooked a little longer but the sauces are amazing. I tried the sliders for the first time and I think I will be getting that from now on. Love the ranch and fries too.
This place has the best wings. Always a great size, perfectly cooked, really good fries, and amazing buffalo sauce. We like the traditional wings, but the boneless wings are super meaty and tender as well. The traditional wings are not breaded and always crispy. The boneless wings are lightly breaded and HUGE. We’ve never had a bad experience here and order pretty much weekly. If you order on the app there are deals and rewards you can get too. Highly recommend!

From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted with a big smile and my food was piping hot already bagged up ready for me. This was my first time ever trying this restaurant. I read the reviews and they had such good reviews I decided to try them I don't live near the restaurant but I would definitely travel back and order more food. I ordered 40 wings they were big very meaty cooked just how I like them the flavors I got was snob q, spicy mango, garlic parmesan and spicy Asian. All of the flavors were good I also received a free garlic parmesan fry they were soo good and as I mentioned everything was piping hot and fresh. I was also given a sample of the macaroni and cheese that they sell and found out you can get it in different flavors it was very nice and creamy I just like the hospitality of the workers there. They make you feel like you are in their home offering you things and chit chatting not just another customer but a friend or a family member and that really means a lot in this day and age when everything is so expensive so when you spend your money you want to feel appreciated and I really did. I hope that this restaurant always remains open and they never lack customers in order to keep their doors open. I give them two thumbs 👍🏽 up a to feet 👣 up 😋 yummy. Money well spent.
