Yall… This joint here… stop playin with me. For the short readers; stop sleeping on this place, get in here and get you some wings and fries. For my deep readers… LESS GO! Dropped a 20 piece wing, 8 boneless and cashed in on some free fries. Y’all when I say I been sleepin on this place too long…. Wings were thick, meaty and cooked to perfection. 6 different sauces and they all smacked the taste buds around. Some floated around like a butterfly and some stung like a bee. The fries, mind you this was take out. Tell me why those boys stayed hella crunchy. Do the lemon rub fries. When I tell you these wings were THICK!!! These wings givin BBLs a run for their money! Staff was nice, place ain’t trying to have yall eat there (hardly no seating) so plan on steppin when you get the food.

Ordered 20 boneless wings and I received giant chunks of bare chicken. Not crispy or friend. Looks like I got grilled chicken then tossed in sauce. Seems like someone didn’t bread th chicken enough and it’s like chewing through a tire. Very disappointed and not happy!

Five stars all around without a doubt in my mind. The wings are so good and I’d come here somewhat regularly, but I got the best service I’ve ever received today. They were so unbelievably nice and went way above the bar for what was only a minor inconvenience. These guys are great. The food is great. It’s fantastic

I read the reviews and should’ve listened but I didn’t because I mistakenly thought this was the location I had ordered from before. I ordered an 8pc boneless wings and fries meal w/ carrots . I asked for my sauces to be snobby an and and buffalo and my fries were garlic parm fries. I asked for my wings to be fried hard and for extra sauce. When I got home I saw that my directions obviously weren’t followed. They also put the chicken that had DIFFERENT sauces on them inside of the same container. I ended up just tossing it into the trash and chalked it up to a lesson learned. Im also pregnant and didn’t feel like getting back into the car and driving back. The only things I enjoyed were the carrots that were cut too big and my fries. I cook for a living and I must say the quality of this meal was ridiculous. The cooks either don’t care about their job or don’t know what they’re doing to not only NOT follow instructions that are clearly on the receipt but to also package it up and send it out in such a state. Of they don’t know what they’re doing then they need to be PROPERLY trained. If they don’t care about their job then they need to be let go. This was disappointing.

One of the worst experiences ever !! I live in Dearborn and made the mistake of ordering from Livonia store . Within seconds of placing order and realizing the mistake I called store to stop order . The lady that answered barely spoke English and told me that we didn’t accept the order yet and don’t worry I’ll cancel the order .after a few minutes Uber confirmed the order so I called back and the guy this time answered and said the order was dropped and he won’t cancel .after back and forth he said he we’ll call Uber and cancel .20 minutes later uber assigns the order I called back and he didn’t cancel and they hung up on me .DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE WORST CUSTOMER SERVIVE EVER !!!!!!!!!!! PURE GARBAGE !!!

Absolutely incredible wings huge size and the flavors are so good!!!
I placed an order on the evening of Wednesday 9/17. When I arrived to pick it up, I alerted the cashier that my order from a couple of days ago, was inaccurate and missing specifics. He got the manager for me. The manager was amazing, he had a great attitude, was very pleasant,and accommodating. He apologized multiple times for the mishap with my previous. He made several accommodations for me, to compensate for the prior mishap. I wasn't trying to create a problem when bringing the mishap to his attention. I just wanted to make him aware of what transpired. The manager is a class act and a major asset to the company. This is my favorite wing snob location from now on, just because of the manager's awesome attitude and kindness. Please keep up the great work!
