I have and will continue to frequent Zerbos. But today what i experienced was a total turn off and unprofessional. While looking for tumeric I overheard a customer speaking with one of your sales associates. Nice guy, he has waited and assisted both my husband and I in the past. The conversation was geared around shoulder and back pain. I listened to him suggest different options. I was interested because i have a family member eith horrible pain. All of a sudden another one of your associates I believe her name was Deborah intervened. She was extremely disrespectful to the male sales associate in front of myself and other customers. She chased him away. She also bad mouthed him and said he doesn't know what he is talking about. She then proceeded to tell me how he had suggested that a customer take a spoonful of cinnamon and that he us clueless. Not cool. You never disrespect another human in front if customers. I will avoid any interaction with her un the future. She should not ve in the floor.

Zerbo's has everything I was looking for that isn't available at vitamin stores or big grocery stores. What made me smile was the vegan squeeze cheese. :)
I love this place! Most of the associates are super knowledgeable or know another one there, who is. Prices are competitive, the place is always clean & well stocked; parking is more than sufficient. I am forever grateful for Zerbos & their employees!

This place really should be known for their customer service. There has been multiple occasions that I'll call to see if they have something in stock and they'll tell me that they don't have it in stock. but then time will go by and I'll go on a random visit to their store and they'll have it in stock. It just shows me that they really care about their customers needs. Like one time I called to see if they had fresh organic aloe vera and they told me that they had aloe vera but it wasn't organic and just the other day I came back and they had it organic 😃🤍

Excellent choice and the membership sign up is easy and free. We stopped in to pick-up a few things needed that are trustworthy organic brands with ingredients listed so our restricted dietary needs are met. We found everything we needed while away from home.
