Love shopping here been coming here for years, but why is it so hard for the cashiers to be pleasant. I always end my interaction with, “thank you and have a good day or a good weekend“ the reply I usually get is just a grunt.
I have and will continue to frequent Zerbos. But today what i experienced was a total turn off and unprofessional. While looking for tumeric I overheard a customer speaking with one of your sales associates. Nice guy, he has waited and assisted both my husband and I in the past. I love this place! Most of the associates are super knowledgeable or know another one there, who is. Prices are competitive, the place is always clean & well stocked; parking is more than sufficient. I am forever grateful for Zerbos & their employees!
