There is a lot of confusion on the pricing if you order online. Google has the correct prices - which is 2x more expensive than what the menu online (PDF) shows. There are uploaded pictures of their menu (taken in person) that show old pricing and there is another PDF of a blue menu that seems to have updated prices.
We went during an off time between lunch and dinner, so things weren't as fresh as they could have been. They did start bringing your some fresh foods, but they mixed it in with the old, stale food. I'm not sure how that works with food safety... The price wasn't bad, but the food and environment were very underwhelming. If I were to eat here again, I would definitely order food and skip the buffet. There's plenty of parking. everything appeared wheelchair...
$11.99 all you can eat Chinese buffet for lunch in the Lowell area.
Black pepper chicken and Mongolian pork are my favourites here. The sugar bread with some ice cream is a fantastic dessert after.
