Shout out to the team at McDonalds today. Missed a few things on our order earlier today after church. Went thru tonight and the manager on duty not only corrected the situation by providing the things we ordered but also gave us a free Sundae as a courtesy. Top notch customer service! Thank you. Great work by your staff.
Would be nice if the employees would allow you to finish an order before pushing you through line. Twice in this week. We have gone through the drive through ordered a drink and before we can add anything else we have a total and told to go to next window. No one infront of us or behind us. How about giving customers enough time to order, you get paid by the hour!
