My wife, uncle and I went to Applebees for half off apps. We order our drinks and food with no problem. Our waitress was very professional and kind. We had wings, brew pub pretzel and three-cheese chicken penne. Overall food/drinks, service and experience was great.
I feel as if the order took a little longer than normal and would love to see Applebee's start updating their look. The aesthetic is not one that brings happy vibes to my mind.
Went 2x this week and both times service was average. I had for something and it was forgotten and had to ask two more times for it before it was brought out.
Both meals were not great, they were average. My burger and onions were burnt, then my mashed potatoes were cold and the broccoli was barely cooked.
The grilled chicken was spot on!
