Besides their cold refreshers, have never been a big fan of Starbucks. However, I will say that besides this one in Ludington, the baristas have usually been very friendly and happy. We stop here on our way out of town and usu
usually the majority are very snooty/unfriendly...no smiles, put drinks down without notifying customer, got a "yeah" this morning after we said "thank you". We left with both of us owing not to return

The camaraderie is a highlight, with Paige, TJ, and Mary providing exceptional customer service and being friendly and witty. The atmosphere is always inviting, making it a great spot to relax or catch up with friends. Jenna and Mary are experts in the coffee craft, extremely friendly, and take the time to remember regulars' orders, elevating the customer experience.
