I enjoy the drinks I get at Starbucks, but mostly I wanted to leave a review to give a shoutout to Taylor. I was in the lobby working while their drive thru was closed. It was busy and Taylor was working so hard, delivering drinks/food quickly, helping others, coaching co-workers, correcting mistakes if something was forgotten in an order, and was so friendly with a smile on her face the entire time! I appreciate your work and attitude even when slammed with customer!
Hit or miss. Some of the baristas are friendly but some are NOT! They messed up my drinks label several times, and my drinks as well. They don't write nice things on your cup either. I'm a huge Starbucks fan but I will be looking for another favorite local coffee shop. I'll still use Starbucks when I travel.
Besides their cold refreshers, have never been a big fan of Starbucks. However, I will say that besides this one in Ludington, the baristas have usually been very friendly and happy. We stop here on our way out of town and usu
usually the majority are very snooty/unfriendly...no smiles, put drinks down without notifying customer, got a "yeah" this morning after we said "thank you". We left with both of us owing not to return
