I’m a regular around here, everytime food is fresh and hot, I’ll keep on coming down there to support the business. Some of the staff even knows my order by heart and it’s great!
No Arby’s anymore where I live in almost 2 hour drive

The GM does not prioritize customer service. Today we got $20 worth of food and the GM wouldn’t allow us to get an XL ice water. We also order a soda but wanted an ice water to share due to the heat. We were told we could only get a Large instead of a XL. I wouldn’t have had an issue paying .50 for the water. It just seemed ridiculous to me that after we ordered it, the GM had their employee tell us no instead of just letting it go. We’ve had other issues where we have had...
