The GM does not prioritize customer service. Today we got $20 worth of food and the GM wouldn’t allow us to get an XL ice water. We also order a soda but wanted an ice water to share due to the heat. We were told we could only get a Large instead of a XL. I wouldn’t have had an issue paying .50 for the water. It just seemed ridiculous to me that after we ordered it, the GM had their employee tell us no instead of just letting it go. We’ve had other issues where we have had...
Excellent service. We were welcomed by the staff. Food was hot and delicious. Well put together. Manager Camerin was absolutely outstanding. He definitely knows his stuff. Extremely helpful. I would recommend Arby's or Ludington to everyone. Thank you!!!
