I decided to give these guys another try. Normally go to Starbucks, but would rather frequent a "more" local shop, not owned by THE MAN, 'ya know?I tried them out about a year back, but found the coffee just so, so and the workers decidedly unfriendly and impassive.Been in here twice in the past week. Nothings changed .Oh well, back to Starbucks...

This Biggby is actually pretty great, the baristas are always friendly, and the drinks always taste great!The problem is the order sign/speaker - it is pretty neglected and has been an issue for quite a while now. It makes hearing my order difficult sometimes which leads to some corrected drinks. This sign/speaker needs fixed. Often there is a paper sign explaining an issue or products listed that aren’t available anymore like the macarons.

It's just a mediocre Biggby.....prices somewhat confusing and so much higher than other Biggby's in Michigan......ridiculous prices for ice

Bought a pumpkin spice latte and a reg coffee. Both were lukewarm and the latte was so bitter I couldn't drink it. Almost $10 for 2 medium drinks we dumped out. When I took my lid off to dump it, there was also something with legs floating in it!! . Totally disgusting and a waste of money.
Just purchased a caramel marvel, half way through and I find a fly floating in my coffee. Called the location to be told just pop in next time you're in the area and we'll remake it for you.Not sure I want to revisit this location.

Great drinks, though it's a bit pricey. Drive thru is slow, but they serve customers inside and everyone is understaffed, so it is understandable. Never had a bad experience or incorrect order. Food is great and the baristas are always friendly and try to keep in a good mood when busy! Highly recommend.
