Just left this location. You can tell the store is extremely understaffed today with just 2 employees. Drive thru line is long and the lobby is full. I’m still giving five stars as the two staff working remained calm and were very professional! Get these guys some help! But way to go for still delivering excellence.
Miranda and BethAnne make the best coffee! We know when these two ladies are working our Black Bears will be perfect! They are always so friendly and kind and make our morning Biggby runs a great start to our day! Thanks ladies for all you do! Keep up the great work!
I am from out of town and I needed a spot to work for a couple hours. The service was great! The employees were fun and friendly. The bagel sandwich was killer and the coffee was just right.
