The girl working the front desk was very sweet, but the food was not. We ordered sesame chicken which was really dry and the spicy hunan chicken was mild, at best. Towards the end of the meal, I found what looked like a piece of steel wool in my food. I don’t think we’ll ever go back. Very unfortunate.
Unfortunately, the food taste and quality is notably diminished since pandemic days. Our family looked forward to eating there on our summer vacations. There is no longer a dine-in option. Specifically, the General's chicken was overcooked and bland. So sorry to give up on a once great restaurant, but we'll be moving on.

I’ve been going here for as long as they have been around—probably 20 years. The food is great in my opinion. Annie the owner is always nice and everything is very fast. You cannot dine in any longer since the pandemic, that’s the only sad thing. They used to have a great lunch buffet, but no longer. But for a great carry out option, Hunan’s is good.
