The food is constantly good and my order is accurate. I really appreciate how on top of it they are during the lunch hours. They are always friendly when I go inside to order or pickup from an online order. Drive thru is a little slower, so going inside is better. Thank you guys for the great customer service!

Ordered bacon and cheese only, unfortunately they must've thought i said avocado and tomatoes too. After calling to inform them (and getting talked to like I'm an inconvenience) they sent me another sandwich. YAY!! They got it wrong again.Many times I've ordered extra mayo and mustard packets and they gave me the bottom of an empty bag.The sandwiches were to be cut in half, nope, must've ran out of knives?Beverages were watered down.If the cookies weren't so good I'd never go back.Delivery guy was cool though.

I agree with the post saying they are so slow you'll freak! Been in town and went two different days. I was only one in drive thru and it took a long time yesterday. weird setup for drive thru. Really nice staff on both days though.

Underrated customer service!9/21/23 around 2:00 I accidentally ordered to pickup at a different Jimmy Johns location and the guy at the window (forgot his name, had tattoos on his arm) greeted me kindly and helped me around of canceling the order. Re-did the order at the drive through window and he whipped it up as fast as he could. Give that man a raise!

Easily the worst Jimmy Johns I’ve ever been too. For one, all the workers seem incompetent to even do the job, even the manager. Second, we ordered 2 veggie subs & both subs had MEAT on them. When we brought it back into the store, the manager opened them up, pulled off the meat, then handed them back!! Why not just make them over, ew. Then when he was taking the meat off, he was talking to the other workers & we watched spit literally come out of his mouth & land on the sandwich. 0 stars if I could.

Apparently its assumed that lettuce, tomato, and mayo go on all subs. I did not know this as I have never been to a Jimmy Johns, 2 hr drive later i realize my sandwich is inedible. I wont be

just ordered a #16 club lulu just to get under cooked bread no tomato no lettuce no bacon only turkey cheese and mayo and no one will answer phone. do not recommend

I didn't like the fact that the bread was stiff they don't offer to toast r subs and ignored when I asked 2 subs were completely wrong from what we ordered and we were told that isn't the way they come I should be able to order whatever meat I want on my sub...
