Right now the service is very slow but I believe it’s due to limited employees. Food is still great just gotta not be in a hurry
They are always friendly & kind! Love getting days olds- sometimes we even get them for a song!
The sandwich was the lightest I have ever had at a JJ. The concept of the line of what a customer sees is non existent. What appeared to be a manger or owner sat in one of the booths eating Papa Johns and scrolling on her phone. Yelling comments and barking orders to those behind the counter. Orders came in and I listened to workers complaing about special orders. Just sad...
