They never have any hot n ready pizzas, claim they are tied up in orders but those are two different things. Advertise multiple different items that are hot n ready from a certain time and yet they never have any of those items. A few years back they always had stuff ready and had great service. If you mention anything to the manager they get defensive and blame the customer instead of practicing better business.
Disaster. Delivers to wrong address and then requires payment. Absolute idiots
Note to management: if people order at the window, make them pull around to the rear of the line again so the next person can pick up the food they already ordered! So many times people order then sit at the window and wait until its done!! Not right. I sat in line tonight for 25 minutes after I called in an order and eventually drove away. The line wasnt moving because people are ordering at the window and waiting for the store to cook it. You should be able to go into the lobby...read full review
