While our food was fantastic, and our waitress was nice, the fact that a different waitress stopped by our table and gave her unsolicited opinion on my husband's service dog did not sit well with me. She was an older person that walked hunched over. Although we appreciate her opinion we didn't ask for it. I would recommend she would keep her options to herself. This is our first time in Ludington and at your restaurant, I'm not sure if we will ever come back because...

I have been here many times over the years. It has never really changed, and that is a good thing. How it sits today is how I remember it as a kid. The food is good and the service is good as well. The only reason for not a five star is the last few times the service has been a little slower. My son's pancakes seemed kind of tough and chewy and not as good as I remember.

When ordering coffee they set a carafe right on the table, and the placemats are the ones with local advertising printed. When I saw those 2 things I knew it would be a good place, and it sure was. Classic diner in the morning and family restaurant in the evening.
