Home made salsa is Tostitos in a jar. Absolutely no deviation from any menu item with complete confusion from the staff when asked. I do not have a button for that was the answer. The beans for the tacos were more like pork and beans out of the can.

I would highly recommend finding a place with good food and competent staff and not coming here.

Pozole soup was excellent!
Fish and chips was the perfect amount and tasted delicious. Coleslaw was mild in the best way! Fries were seasoned and crispy! Our server was friendly!

As for photos, I don't have any because I was lost in enjoying my food.

My steak was way over seasoned. Potatoes were plain. Green beans were good. Pop taste flat the steak pasta was good hubby said to much sauce for his liking. Kid had chicken tenders and steak fries. The fries were very tender and kid approved. Service was ok new waitress was trying. The place was beautiful though they put more into the design then they did the food or at least the ppl.that cook it.

I try to be fair in every review, so I’ll start with the positive. Their fish was very good. The breading, texture, and everything else about it was great.

Unfortunately, the experience was the worst I have had at a restaurant. As an avid food reviewer, it never pleases me to leave a poor review, but I always seek to be honest. I’m not sure why things went so poorly…

The waitress didn’t take any notes and got our order completely mixed up initially. She brought us someone else’s order. When our order arrived it was missing the coleslaw and tartar sauce which was included in the fish dish. It took about 8 minutes for the coleslaw to arrive and it tasted spoiled, so we sent it back. The next order was slightly improved, but it was decidedly not good.

We had to ask the waitress three times for tartar sauce and refills, and then had to go up to the bar twice to remind her about it, and we eventually asked another waitress entirely, who finally got us the tartar sauce for the meal and water. By the time we got waters and tartar sauce, it was approaching an hour. During that time, we were never checked up on. It did seem like they may have been shortstaffed, but the service was the most awful I have ever experienced.

The bathrooms were difficult to find and there was a dining chair in the middle of the women’s restroom being stored right in front of the toilet.

I heard the waitresses arguing with one another and some complaining about customers, who were also experiencing order mix ups.

The tartar sauce was not much more than sour cream, but the fries were really good.

I am not sure about the other location of timbers’s, but I would never come back here unless there were significant changes to the wait staff.

As far as atmosphere, it was a fine location. Comfortable and clean.

Additionally, we were overcharged. We didn’t bring it up, but the menu prices were less than what we were charged. Each player was really about $20 a plate.

Ultimately, if you are going to dine out, go to The Ludington Bay Brewery. The atmosphere, staff, and food is exponentially better. We went there the last time we visited and it left a wonderful impression.

Food was bland and quite expensive. Service was alright, it was a little slow for how quiet it was in the restaurant.

Sliders were nothing like the menu pictures. My prime rib barely had any meat and tok much Swiss. Very dissappointing.

Drove past on my way through the port area of Ludington showing family the Badger and harbor. Fun vibe inside and great gyro! Service was great for the area.
