Not a local, stopped by while on a day trip. My husband and I were happy to be able to be seated quickly and order was placed quick and correctly.
There was items missing from order that we did have taken off our bill without issue.
Problems were mostly kitchen related, we ordered appetizers that ended up being brought to us at the same time as our meals so by the time I was able to make it to my meal my fries we cold and soggy but they charge $3 for fries instead...

The back deck is nice with a partial view of the bay. They make a decent Old Fashioned and the onion dip with homemade chips is tasty. However they have no idea how to cook a steak. I ordered medium rare and got well done. My friend ordered medium and got extra well done. Both were extremely tough. The others in our party were similarly unimpressed with their meals. Perhaps this is the reason that this was the only restaurant in town without a waiting list on a Wednesday evening.
With only a few occupied tables, we waited at the host stand for at least 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. We were then sat immediately.
The soft drink my daughter ordered was served in a dirty glass, which left us uneasy about the cleanliness of the restaurant, and their food prep.
