This is a good place to visit if you are traveling or local and need to grab a variety of needs. I had no problem grabbing what I needed while visiting Ludington. Warm greeting and quick in-and-out.
Okay, I totally get that many places are all having problems hiring and retaining staff...but that doesn't mean have few or no registers open. Stop forcing people to use the U-Scans, not everyone wants to use those. There needs to be at least one person at all times able to use a register to check people out.
