Every single time it takes FOREVER in the drive through! Absolutely ridiculously long every time morning, noon, night. Doesn’t matter. 38minutes from the time I was in the line till I got my food today. WHY??!!! This is by far the very slowest service of any fast food restaurant in Ludington!! This isn’t just a fluke..... it’s EVERY TIME NO MATTER HOW BUSY OR NOT BUSY THEY ARE. I won’t be back.
For it being the day after the 4th they literally maybe had two or three people working, we waited an hour in the drive through, everywhere else was just as busy w drive through lines, but! I got a son of baconator?? It had two pieces or BURNT bacon on it and my fries were Luke warm and stale?? I’d have thought those things would’ve burned my mouth but to say it was less than satisfactory is an understatement, food was cold and it took forever
This had to be the absolute worst fast food experience I've had. We made a wrb order, as we pulled up. Everything was ordered, paid for just needed to go through the drive thru to let them know. It was 19 minutes before we even got to the speaker, 4 1/2 minutes later, they asked to take my order. We pulled forward and waited about 7 to get our food. They only took orders on 1-2 cars consistently at a time. The car got to the 2nd window, they took another order.
