1852 Grill Room

What an amazing experience! Our server Oscar was fantastic. My husband had the prime and said it was the best he has ever had. I had the perch special and it as well was amazing. The parm risotto was very tasty. We sat on the deck overlooking the harbor. Would highly suggest you add this to your list. It was pricey but worth every penny.

Overall wonderful. Best views and service from Eddie was amazing! Perhaps add a pasta dish.

Meal and cocktail are absolutely wonderful. The planked white fish and walleye are awesome. Cocktails are wonderful but a bit pricey.

Beth was our server. She did a great job. We were celebrating having our grandson with us. Loved that we had a table by the window.

The food was amazing! We went for the second time and dinner was so delicious. The salmon and creamy spinach was great!!! I highly recommend 1852 grill room especially for dinner.

The food was excellent. My husband ordered the porterhouse and I ordered the whitefish. One of the best steaks he has had and the whitefish was very tasty also. I never have had a waitress ask our names before and she did it she said to make it more personal. Her name was Kathleen if you happen to have the pleasure of her waiting on you. I give it 5 stars for sure.

Amazing food. The best meal we've had on our entire vacation. The bread is divine. Other highlights are the steak, bourbon sweet potatoes, and creamed corn. Great service!

Outstanding dinner: special lake perch and linguini with clams, shrimp cocktail and Vineyard salad starters. Excellent bread.

I ordered the skirt steak which was very tasty. The 1852 chopped salad was underwhelming. My husband had the morel mushroom risotto. It was more like rice pilaf with a few morel pieces in it. Felt like he ordered Near East rice pilaf for $45. Beautiful setting and good service but food was not great, especially for the price. Pick another place for a nice night out

We loved everything about this restaurant! It was romantic, the food and drinks were delicious, and the service was perfect. Just what we wanted for our anniversary celebration!

We had a wonderful evening at the Grill Room! Our food was outstanding — the best meal that we have had on our trip. While the food is pricy, the value is great. My sister had the Dover sole which was lovely but the star of the show was the planked whitefish! It was a magnificent (and huge) piece of fish with equally magnificent duchess potatoes. And a large serving of grilled asparagus. The appetizer featured a warm loaf of crusty bread with 3 amazing accompaniments. We could not have asked for more.

Beautiful location& view. Impeccable attentive service . Food was excellent. We had a lovely evening. Will definitely go back.
