The matra de (sp) seated us perfectly (he had reservations). Our waiter, Michelle, was knowledgeable and professional. The Smash Burger she recommended was amazing. Dinner at your 1852 was a highlight of our Mackinac trip.
my wife and I celebrated our 22nd anniversary last night at 1852 Grill Room and we had a fabulous meal! our server, Kathy, was very polite. She got to know her names and was very attentive to ours needs throughout the evening. Bravo and 5 stars all the way!!
The restaurant 1852 on Mackinaw Island is an excellent location for fine dining. The ambiance was of the room was set nicely by soft piano music. The service from Beth was excellent. She provided the additional specials and made the dining experience all about the customers. The food was prepared as requested and served with adequate time between courses.
