We very much enjoyed our time at The Grand Hotel. The front porch was amazing for afternoon drinks and relaxing. Shout out to James Tan, our absolute favorite server! We stayed at The Grand with friends for a week! We enjoyed meals at the Jockey Club and loved The Woods!! The staff was mostly attentive, I think the concierge team could do a bit better at being nice. The only complaint I have is dinner in the main dining room. My husband and I were here for the luncheon buffet during our visit to the island. The food was outstanding, the atmosphere was breathtaking and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The food choices and selection were excellent. Well worth the price we paid and we loved it all.
I had good and bad experiences here.
The good: The hotel has live entertainment in the bars at night and the performers were excellent. One bar had a dance floor. Overall, I was happy with the service at the hotel, although the concierge was not very helpful. I enjoyed the island, biking and surprisingly the fudge shops.
