We tried to go in for a late lunch (2:30) on a Tuesday. It was a 1 1/2 hour wait with the bar full up so nowhere to sit and wait. We went to eat elsewhere figuring we would return for just a drink. When we went back they were no longer busy but we’re removing all bar seating in anticipation of rich yacht racers coming in to party. They only cared about that loudmouth demographic. They obviously don’t care about the average customer.

I was so excited to try this place but I was sadly disappointed. It was not worth the 30 min wait list or the price. They brought our appetizer after we already started eating our meal, our waiter never checked on us - leaving us with empty cups, then he cleared our plates and we watched him assist two other tables as we waited for our check. Poor service and food, we won’t be returning👎🏼

Very good service from reception to table seating.
Quality food, fresh, delicious.
Precios, razonables.
The Terraces have beautiful views of Lake Huron and the Island Pier.
My husband and I had a very nice and relaxing time enjoying a delicious lunch.
We would love to come back for dinner and enjoy Sunset time.

Disappointed with service. My brother had just got married and a lot of us headed to the pink pony to continue the lovely celebration. I left my physical ID in my hotel but I had a certified ID on my phone. The guard at the front said he would let me in only this time and next time I needed the physical. When I go up to the bar to order a drink the lady asks once again for my sister and I’s IDs. I showed her the photo and she said I need the physical to get a drink, so I just decided to order some waters and a quesadilla. Then I was enjoying good conversation with friends and family and realize the quesadilla is taking a while. My sister goes up to see what’s happening and they give her the quesadilla in a to go bag. We thought oh maybe they couldn’t find our table and sat at a table and started eating with some friends from our party. We were once again rudely asked to leave. I had multiple people including my aunt tried to vouch for me and my age. I am 28 years old. One of guys at the bar claimed it’s “federal law” to have a physical ID which is false information. There are many states that except the certified digital version. I wasn’t going to walk back 30 minutes in the freezing cold just to get my valid ID from the hotel room when I had a perfectly acceptable version on my phone. As I was saying good bye to loved ones that I haven’t seen in a while since I live out of country, I had what appeared to be the manager once again tell me to leave and had to escort me out as if I was some kind of criminal. It was truly inappropriate considering the circumstances. I was literally drinking water and eating a quesadilla. It appears as though they have lost all common sense and would have accepted a physical fake ID over a legitimate digital version. Terrible experience and extremely unnecessary. I have never experienced treatment like this at a restaurant bar before.

Our first day to the island, we just wanted a drink and an appetizer. Apparently, the hostesses didn't want us there? No greetings, eye contact and sass. We were pretty sour by the time we were sat down. The waiter was nice, but never went back. We found a friendly place at the Mustang!

Great food, drinks, and service. Usually is very busy and I wouldn't do the 1 hour wait. Sometimes you get lucky on a Sunday and you can get in quickly.

The atmosphere is amazing. Yes, it costs a but so does life. Hannah was our bartender. A local. So nice. Kind. Informative. Coldest Cosmo ever. Also, she was just above and beyond telling us about the island when it is just the locals. Badass! Go see Hannah!

Pricey. Bar vibes but still family friendly. Awkward combination. Food was good but not mind blowing. Maybe 20% overpriced. Decor was peculiar. Might be the one thing that makes this place stand out amongst the other restaurants.

Good selection of local beers. Didn't have to wait too long to seat 4 people. There's plenty of seating in the back as well (and outdoors). They claim their whitefish is locally caught. It tasted pretty good to me.

The greeter said I have to wait 30 minutes to get seated but apparently got called by 10 minutes, the food is ok but bot that special. The waiter kind of busy, talked super fast when explaining food and beverages and I had to wait so long to pay the bill.
